Who am I? Jack of all trades may be the best way to describe me. I do not believe in the power of the word "No." My idol has always been the Honorable Paul Robeson. If you look at his life, you'll understand why.

My life, however has been the quintessential roller coaster ride. With just as many "downs" as I've had "ups." But I embrace my failures with the same enthusiam as I do my success. It has been the best way for me to learn and grow.

I am a professional trainer, speaker and workshop facilitator. I write in my spare time and I also play around on my MacBook. It helps to unleash my creative beast.

I find it a pleasure to work on ABPOV with the other co-hosts. These fellas are my family. To quote one of our great philosophers, Styles P, "Blood's thicker than water? Only in certain cases. You need water to live. You learn that in the basics... Better cherish your aces..."
